What services do you offer?
I offering coaching and mentoring to individuals. I also offer workshops focussed around personal development and wellbeing. You can see the details of each of these by clicking here.
How can coaching benefit me in my life?
Coaching can help you identify your goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for personal growth, leading to improved motivation and fulfilment in various aspects of life.
Are your sessions online or in person?
Packages can include sessions that are in person, online and a mixture of the two. We can agree this together to suit your needs. I also offer coaching sessions outside if you feel more comfortable talking whilst walking and enjoying nature.
What packages do you offer?
If we decide during the free initial consultation call that we would like to work together, we can then discuss what package will help you best. As a starting point, experience has shown me that the following approach works for the majority of people to give clarity, space and certainty to the overall coaching experience. My Positive Life Change Program includes the following:
A Discovery call (90 mins) – we will do this as our first session. I will set the agenda for this session and we will use it to build up a picture of where you are and what your goal is for the coaching. After this, we will move in to the individual coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions (5 x 60 mins) – we use each of these sessions to break down the overall goal, agreeing goals for each session to make the overall goal more manageable. We then explore both the current reality and the approach to moving forward.
Induction email – don’t worry about remembering things in the early stages, I will send you an easy to follow summarised plan so you have something to refer back to when you want to as we get started.
Access to me via email – if you get stuck on something in between sessions, no problem! Email me and I can offer you either a resource or wisdom to keep you moving along.
How would I get started with coaching?

We would start with a conversation to explore where you are in life and what you are looking for. If you know you want change, but are un-sure what change you want, don’t worry, coaching can help you understand and refine your goals before we look at what is required to achieve them.
As well as understanding more about you, I will explain what coaching is, how it practically works and what you would need to contribute for it to be successful. I will answer any questions that you have so that you are completely comfortable with how we would work together.
This initial conversation is free of charge, with no commitment, and is there for both of us to explore how coaching might help you. If we both feel that we connect and would like to work together, we can then discuss which package I would recommend that will best help you.
What is the duration of each session?
Each session typically lasts for 60 minutes, allowing ample time to discuss your goals, challenges, and progress in a supportive environment.
How regular are the sessions?
I normally suggest having sessions on a weekly basis. This allows space between us meeting up for you to think on the previous session and to work on the actions you wanted to take. We can change the frequency when we discuss the right package for you if that would provide something that better suits what you are looking for.
How much does coaching cost?
Please contact me for an initial consultation and to discuss the current pricing. As well as my signature package, the Positive Life Change Program, I offer a range of coaching options so you can choose what works for you.
The initial consultation is free and gives us both the opportunity to explore what is going on for you, how coaching might help and how we might work together. I offer a discount on my standard hourly rate for a block of sessions, but booking an individual session is an option if you wish to explore whether coaching is right for you.
Is everything handled confidentially?
All information shared and all discussions are confidential, except in very specific circumstances as stated in the privacy policy here.
