🧠 AI: Threat, Opportunity — or Something Deeper?
Over the past week, I ran two polls asking how people feel about AI — not just what they think, but how they’re experiencing it.
🔹 Poll 1 asked: What’s your biggest challenge with AI right now?
🔹 Poll 2 asked: What’s your biggest hope for how AI could support your work or life?
The results were fascinating — and also revealing.
🟢 Most people see AI as an opportunity, but mixed with complexity and un-certainty about how to embrace it.
🟠 There is also a widespread feeling of curiosity, intertwined with distrust.
💬 The comments added depth: some spoke of the depth of available options now, others of ethical concerns, and many of the sheer pace of change.
What struck me most was this:
AI isn’t just a tech shift — it’s a human one.
It’s reshaping how we think, work, relate, and even define ourselves. And that’s exactly where my coaching work is heading.
