Meet Richard

I’m Richard Roberts — a coach, trainer, and former corporate leader with over 30 years of experience in IT project delivery, leadership and stakeholder engagement. I’ve led teams, driven change, and supported colleagues and team members through moments of uncertainty and reinvention.

My approach is shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a deep belief in human potential. I bring empathy, insight, and structure to every session — helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

We are based in the beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside north of Newark, in the United Kingdom. We offer our services to clients both in person and online, depending on your location and personal preference.
